Tricia Koning is a real estate agent with the Gretz Team / Coldwell Banker.  Based in the city of Chicago for over 30 years, Tricia's background in renovation and photography gives her a unique eye into the real estate market.  Raising a family on the North Side has given Tricia deep insights and tips to share in making the most of all Chicago has to offer, from schools, to neighborhood vibes, to hotspots and hidden gems.  She has inside knowledge about every neighborhood in our amazing city.  

Tricia is also licensed in Indiana and Michigan.  She has been a part-timer in Indiana Dunes area for 18 years, and she has grown to love the NW Indiana corridor with its rich industrial history while nestled in a unique Lake Michigan watershed area full with dunes, nature and vibrant cities and communities.  She's closely following the improvements in the NW Indiana corridor area from Portage to Valparaiso, from Hammond to Michiana.  She does own investment rental properties with her husband in Chicago and Michigan City area, and loves to share her knowledge to help clients in their next real estate move, whether buying or selling.
